    We will send you an invoice through Square or provide you with banking details  to make a direct credit. To commence a project, a 50% deposit is required and the balance is to be paid upon completion of the work.

  • Are there any extra charges for stock footage and photos or artwork?

    Yes, however we will always consult with you and provide options. Only if you agree and want the extra add-ons will they be added to your account.

  • What type of videos can you make for me?

    We can make many types of videos to help in every aspect of your business. Some popular examples are explainer videos, brand awareness videos, offer videos, product videos and sales videos.

  • What is your refund policy?

    If you pay a deposit to commence filming, unfortunately, that deposit is non-refundable, as Troy has to make plans and starts work on many aspects of your video, like starting the creative process, creating a timeline, organising various aspects of production and so forth. 

  • What if the scope of the project is extended during the production phase?

    If you have a change of mind, or ask for extra things after the initial timeline has been signed off, Troy will provide you with an additional costing and add the extra cost to the account.
